Reiki Classes
Reiki Level I & II - Energy Balancing for Yourself & Others
Taking care of yourself and others is the focus of this two-part class series. In this class, attendees learn Reiki Level I self-healing techniques, Reiki methods to help others, tips for application in the care provider setting and receive the Reiki I attunement. Reiki II is designed for individuals who wish to expand their skills (learning symbols and incorporating distance work). Reiki I is a prerequisite.
Attendees receive: the Reiki Level I & II attunements by Reiki Master Ann Zalek (Usui Reiki Ryoho), a Reiki Level I & II manual, and a certificate of completion. Private/Semi-Private training by appt. NCTMB 11 CE hours are available for massage therapists.
$250 including two snacks, Reiki Level I & II manual and handouts. $50 non-refundable deposit due at registration.

Reiki Level III & Reiki Master/Teacher - Advanced Training
The Reiki III & Reiki Master/Teacher 3-day class is designed for individuals who wish to deepen their personal and professional Reiki practice. The Master/Teacher portion of the class prepares students to teach Reiki to others. Reiki I & II training by a Reiki Master (Usui) is a prerequisite for the course. Attendees learn the Usui & Tibetan Master symbols, advanced techniques for hands on and distance work, and receive the energy intensifying Reiki III & Reiki Master attunements.
Attendees learn: attunements for all levels; advanced techniques for hands on and distance work; teaching tips, and receive the energy intensifying master/teacher attunement.
Attendees receive: Reiki III & Master/Teacher manual, two attunements, laminated grid, certificate. NCTMB 21 CE hours are available for massage therapists.
