You may also request concentrated sessions in any of these modalities.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage
A nurturing touch designed to help alleviate stress and bring balance to the body.  Therapeutic massage can increase circulation for both mother and baby, and decrease muscle strain from the growing demands on the mother’s body.  Postpartum massage can aid in restoration of abdominal muscles and alleviate muscle fatigue from labor and delivery.  Provided by specially trained and certified pregnancy massage therapists.

Rejuvenating Hot Stone Facial Massage
The face holds the expressions of our emotions. It also contains the strongest muscle of the body – the masseter (located in your cheek).  Hot Towels and relaxation massage are applied to alleviate stress and revitalize muscles and tissue to their natural tonicity.

Reflexology/Therapeutic Foot Massage
The ancient healing art of reflexology has been known to man for many thousands of years. It was first practiced by the early Indian, Chinese and Egyptian peoples. . . observed that congestion or tension in any part of the foot mirrors congestion or tension in a corresponding part of the body.  Treating the whole foot can have a relaxing and healing effect on the whole body.  Massage techniques are also incorporated in the treatment.  You are reclined on our state of the art hydraulic table cushioned for maximum comfort and receive a heated herbal neck wrap (optional) during the treatment.  An invigorating foot bath is included in the one-hour session.

Exfoliation & Paraffin Dip
Hands/feet feel restored after a treatment with an exfoliating scrub and warm paraffin. CranioSacral-Reiki Blend Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle non-invasive treatment that modifies and corrects restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve wellness and enhance the body's self correction/regulating mechanism.  Reiki techniques are incorporated in the session to balance the energy system.  The client remains fully clothed for the treatment.
