Reiki/Heaing Arts is a light, hands-on touch focusing on twelve areas of the body, as well as areas of specific pain or discomfort. Reiki balances the energy system of the body and encourages a deep relaxation, so that the body can work more effectively to heal itself and to relieve stress. The session may also include other various healing arts modalities that Kathryn has studied for over 25 years. The client remains fully clothed for the treatment.
CranioSacral-Reiki Blend is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that modifies and corrects restrictions in the CranioSacral system by improving the flow of cerebral spinal fluid to promote wellness and enhance the body's self correction/regulation mechanism. Reiki/Healing Arts techniques can be incorporated in the session to balance the energy systems. The client remains fully clothed for the treatment.
